Little Works of Art: Watercolour Card Creations: Sat 7 Feb

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the gentle art of watercolour cardmaking as you learn essential painting basics and a selection of creative techniques perfect for heartfelt stationery.

Together, we’ll experiment with washes, wet-on-wet, layering, mark-making, splatter, blooms, simple botanical strokes, and other expressive effects ~ embracing play, softness, and imperfection along the way.

You’ll then apply the techniques you’ve learned to paint a curated set of cards, each one a tiny original — full of charm, colour, and intention.

This workshop is designed to feel like a creative pause ~ slow, soothing, exploratory, and grounding. Whether you're brand new to watercolour or already enjoy painting, you’re welcome here.

Come create something meaningful from the little techniques and moments that turn paper into art.

What’s Included

• A selection of blank card designs + envelopes
• Watercolour paints, brushes, palettes, and practice sheets (for use in workshop)

• Where: Revival Green Studio, 24 Baynes St, Margate

📌 Workshop Policy

Minimum class size: 4 participants
Workshops will run once minimum numbers are reached.
If the class doesn’t reach minimum bookings, you’ll be offered the option to transfer your ticket to another workshop date, or upgrade to a private/small-group session instead (price adjusted accordingly).
If neither option suits, a refund will be issued — no stress, no fuss.

Change-of-mind cancellations are totally okay up to 7 days before the workshop and will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop can be transferred to another date, but are not eligible for refund.
